Introduction
This LPG cylinder foot ring automatic welding machine adopts a horizontal structure, and consists of welding power supply, control box, welding gun mechanism, foot ring clamp, cylinder body clamp, spindle box, driven shaft box, frame, cylinder fixed seat, table panel, etc.
The spindle motor power is 0.75KW and the welding power power is about 18KW
Action: Manually put in the foot ring (pay attention to the direction) → put in the cylinder body → move the driven shaft box to clamp the cylinder body and the foot ring → the spindle rotates and starts welding at a fixed angle → stop welding, the welding gun retracts → the spindle continues to rotate → the welding gun extends and continues welding → the welding gun repeats the action several times until the welding is completed → the spindle stops rotating → the driven shaft box retracts and the cylinder is taken out.
