LPG Cylinder Spot Welding Machine

This LPG cylinder spot welding machine is used for the pressure assembly of the upper and lower shells. Vertical structure, the rotating platform on which the workpiece is placed is driven and rotated by the DC motor in the lower box, and the workpiece is press-fitted by cylinder. Manually place the lower shell on the platform, put it against the position, then fit the upper shell's counterpart to the necking of the lower shell, and open the manual air valve, the upper cylinder pushes the pressure head to press the upper end surface of the valve seat, automatically pressing the upper and lower shells.

Visually inspect the joints, and if necessary, use a wooden hammer to hit the shell joints to make them self-adjust and close. After the assembly is in place, manual spot welding is performed, and 2 to 3 spots are evenly welded in a circle to ensure firm welding. After welding, manually push the cylinder to roll down to the circumferential welding feeding conveyor line.
