Introduction
This LPG cylinder double-head circumferential welding machine is mainly composed of the following parts: machine base, visual laser dual tracking system, electrical cabinet, welding power supply, wire feeder, spindle box, guide rail, welding gun lifting mechanism, welding gun fine-tuning mechanism, pneumatic tail box, tailstock, left and right clamps, welding gun and arc protection cover, etc.

Special welding power source YD-500GS6 Panasonic welding machine(jointly developed by Wuxi Qineng and Panasonic) which can guarantee the pass rate of X-ray inspection, bend test and tensile test.
The welding seam visual laser dual tracking system integrates the advantages of visual tracking and laser tracking to achieve synchronous tracking of the welding seam up and down, left and right, and real-time computer monitoring. The welding process does not require special supervision and has the characteristics of automated operation. For welds with left and right deviations of 6mm and up and down deviations of 4mm, they can be tracked in place, and the tracking accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
