This vehicle LNG cylinder automatic welding equipment uses plasma welding machine+TIG welding machine, automatic wire feeder, and visual laser dual tracking system. This solution adds a set of visual laser automatic dual tracking system (used for automatic tracking of welds, using visual imaging technology for real-time tracking, guiding the welding gun to automatically align the weld to ensure weld quality. The system is equipped with a German industrial PC, high-speed camera, industrial computer display, and a two-dimensional actuator driven by a servo motor + precision ball screw). Automatically align and track the weld.
