1. Mechanical Protection Devices
These devices are primarily used to isolate moving parts of the machinery to prevent injuries caused by contact. Common examples include safety fences and protective covers, which are often installed in dangerous areas such as transmission mechanisms, cutting areas, and lifting components. Safety fences are made of high-strength materials and have a stable fixing structure to prevent personnel from accidentally entering dangerous areas; protective covers are designed to fit the moving parts of the equipment, preventing foreign objects from being drawn in without affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Some protective covers are also equipped with interlocking devices, which automatically stop the equipment when opened, further enhancing safety.
2. Safety Monitoring and Alarm Devices
These devices can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time, promptly detect abnormalities, and issue warnings. They include temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and vibration sensors, which monitor the temperature, hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, and vibration amplitude of key parts of the equipment. When parameters exceed the safety threshold, the alarm device will alert operators through sound and light signals. Some high-end equipment can also be linked to the control system to automatically take load reduction or shutdown measures to prevent safety accidents caused by abnormal equipment operation.

3. Emergency Braking and Interlocking Devices
Emergency braking devices are crucial for dealing with emergencies and are usually located on the control panel and easily accessible locations around the equipment. Pressing them immediately cuts off the equipment's power, achieving rapid shutdown. Interlocking devices run throughout the entire equipment operation process, such as door interlocks and overload interlocks. When an abnormality occurs in a certain part of the equipment, such as an unclosed safety door or overload, the interlocking device will restrict the equipment from starting or directly shut it down, forming a comprehensive safety protection closed loop.

4. Explosion-Proof and Anti-Static Devices
Considering the special circumstances of LNG cylinder manufacturing, explosion-proof and anti-static devices are indispensable. Explosion-proof devices are mostly used in electrical and hydraulic systems, employing explosion-proof motors, switches, and instruments to prevent electrical sparks or hydraulic leaks from causing hazards; anti-static devices use grounding and anti-static grounding straps to promptly dissipate static electricity generated during equipment operation, preventing static electricity accumulation and sparks, reducing safety risks in flammable and explosive environments, and ensuring a safe production environment.
