When choosing the parameters of the cryogenic liquid cylinder welding machine, the following key factors need to be considered:
Working voltage regulation: The output voltage of the cold welding machine determines the size of its output pulse current, which can be continuously adjusted between 30~110V through the voltage adjustment knob. When working normally, the working voltage should be greater than 30V, less than 90V. The higher the output voltage, the greater the output frequency, the faster the welding speed, but the greater the surface roughness. When repairing steel materials, the voltage is adjusted to 30~80V; When repairing non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper, the voltage is generally 55~110V.
Working frequency adjustment: The working frequency refers to the frequency of the output pulse current, and the adjustment range is 40~2100Hz. The higher the pulse frequency, the faster the electrode deposition speed and the coarser the surface roughness; The lower the pulse frequency, the slower the electrode deposition and the finer the surface roughness.. In general, the working frequency is 80~500Hz. When repairing steel materials, the frequency is adjusted to 200~300Hz; When repairing non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper, the frequency is generally 250~400Hz.

Electrode speed adjustment: The electrode speed adjustment range is 100~1000r/min. The higher the speed, the faster the deposition speed, the denser the surface deposition layer, and the finer the surface roughness. At the same time, reducing the rotation speed can effectively improve the service life of the electrode.
Selection and adjustment of shielding gas: In the electrode deposition, the shielding gas plays a good role, which can effectively improve the deposition rate of the electrode and the density of the deposited layer. In general, argon is used as the shielding gas, and the argon flow rate is adjusted by the argon decompression regulator, which is usually 5~10L/min.
Selecting the right parameters is critical to ensuring welding quality and needs to be adjusted according to specific welding needs and material characteristics. In addition, for cryogenic cylinder welding machines, parameters such as lifting control, electric welding principle, external dimensions, net weight, and nozzle voltage to ground need to be considered to ensure that the equipment can meet specific welding needs.
