Introduction
This automatic copper pipe brazing welding machine adopts flame(oxygen-propane flame) automatic wire feeding soft brazing copper tube process. The cylinder rotates automatically and the copper tube is automatically formed. The brazing material uses Φ4mm tin-based brazing material with brazing flux. The stainless steel outer cylinder and copper tube are heated by flame to reach the melting temperature of the brazing material. The brazing flux removes the oxide scale on the surface of the copper tube and cylinder, and realizes the spreading and wetting of the molten tin wire, thereby filling the gap between the copper tube and the cylinder to form a beautiful fillet brazing seam. In order to prevent the flame heating heat from damaging the material of the stainless steel body and welding deformation, a cooling water spray system is provided to cool the workpiece during the brazing process, thereby ensuring the brazing quality of the outer cylinder and the quality of the workpiece deformation.
