Introduction
This cryogenic liquid cylinders automatic welding equipment is used for welding inner shell of kinds of stainless steel pressure vessels, left TIG welder for the fillet welding of cylinder body and bottom plate, right MIG welder for the circumferential welding of cylinder body and upper shell.
This equipment consists of machine bed, spindle box, four-claw chuck, crossbeam guide, double welding gun head, hydraulic tightening tailstock, hydraulic middle pushing mechanism, YD-500GL welding machine, MIG water-cooled welding gun, YC-400TX welding machine, TIG water-cooled welding gun, cooling circulating water tank, automatic weld seam tracker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, PLC electrical control system, etc.
