QINENG WELDING mainly produces complete sets of automated welding equipment (TIG welding, MAG welding, MIG welding, PAW welding) for various purposes, such as longitudinal welding machine, circumferential welding machine, automatic welding line. We also can provide customers with related supporting equipment, for example, heat treatment furnace, shot blasting machine, powder coating line, hydro testing machine... Our welding equipment is used to produce LPG cylinders, LNG cylinders, fire extinguisher, refrigerant cylinders, water heater, dewar tanks, pressure vessels, etc...

What are LPG cylinders

Liquid propane gas (CNG) is the abbreviation of compressed natural gas, which is mainly used for gas supply in short-distance vehicles and suburban communities. Common on-board CNG is stored in high-strength storage tanks, and the storage pressure of natural gas is 20 MPa. Due to this high-pressure compression scheme, the gas storage rate is not high, and the mass of the stored compressed natural gas is only 1/5 to 1/10 of the mass of the tank itself, and it will bring certain hidden dangers to driving safety, and its use has great limitations.

LNG (Liquefied natural gas) is liquefied natural gas, a low-temperature liquid fuel that can be stored and transported at normal pressure. Under atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of liquefied natural gas is -160℃, and the volume is reduced to 1/600 of the original, which is equivalent to natural gas being compressed at a pressure of more than 60 MPa, thereby increasing the energy density; in addition, the unit mass of liquefied natural gas is only half of that of gasoline, and the unit calorific value is 12% higher than that of gasoline, so the gas supply efficiency of the on-board fuel system is improved, and the effective fuel carried will be 2 to 3 times higher than that of compressed gas tank-type natural gas filling vehicles. At the same time, the size and weight of the fuel system are reduced, the vehicle's payload and the driving range after one refueling are increased. Since the number of refueling times is reduced, the time for the car to go back and forth to the gas station is also reduced, thereby reducing the operating cost of the car and increasing the profitability of the car owner.

LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas) is a colorless, volatile gas obtained by pressurizing, cooling and liquefying refinery gas or natural gas (including oil field associated gas). The main components of liquefied petroleum gas obtained from refinery gas are propane, propylene, butane, butene, and it also contains a small amount of pentane, pentene and trace sulfur compound impurities; while the components of liquefied gas obtained from natural gas basically do not contain olefins. Liquefied petroleum gas is mainly used as a petrochemical raw material, used for hydrocarbon cracking to produce ethylene or steam reforming to produce synthesis gas, and can be used as industrial, civil and internal combustion engine fuel.www.qinengwelding.com
