Energy storage

Efficient storage of liquefied natural gas: The volume of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is about 1/600 of its gaseous volume. LNG cylinders can provide a safe and efficient storage environment to store large amounts of natural gas in liquid form. This allows natural gas to be liquefied and stored in cylinders at the natural gas production site, facilitating subsequent transportation and distribution, and avoiding the problem of large pipelines and high-pressure equipment required for direct transportation of gaseous natural gas.

Buffering energy supply fluctuations: At the energy consumption end, such as some industrial enterprises or urban gas supply systems, liquefied natural gas in gas cylinders can be used as a buffer storage facility. When natural gas supply fluctuates, such as upstream supply interruption, pipeline maintenance or gas peak period, liquefied natural gas in gas cylinders can be supplied in time to ensure the continuous and stable supply of energy and avoid production stagnation or inconvenience in residents' lives caused by insufficient natural gas supply.

Energy transportation field

Convenience of road transport: LNG cylinders are widely used in road transport. Installing cylinders on special LNG transport tankers can transport LNG from production sites or receiving stations to various gas stations or end users. This mode of transportation is highly flexible and is not limited to a fixed pipeline network. Natural gas can be delivered to remote areas or areas not covered by pipelines according to demand, which plays a key role in improving the natural gas supply network.

Key equipment for ship transportation: In maritime transportation, LNG cylinders are the core components of LNG carriers. These large ships are equipped with multiple large LNG cylinders, which can safely store large amounts of LNG in low-temperature environments and achieve transoceanic transportation. This enables natural gas resources to be traded and allocated globally, such as from countries rich in natural gas resources to countries with high energy demand.

Energy supply for vehicles and other transportation

As a source of automotive fuel supply: LNG cylinders play an important role in the automotive field, especially in commercial vehicles such as heavy trucks and buses. Vehicles equipped with LNG cylinders can use liquefied natural gas as a clean fuel. Compared with traditional gasoline or diesel, liquefied natural gas burns cleaner and can effectively reduce pollutant emissions in exhaust gas, such as particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. In addition, LNG has a high energy density and can provide vehicles with sufficient mileage to meet the energy needs of transportation.

Application of special vehicles such as forklifts: In some closed working environments, such as forklifts in warehouses, gas cylinders using LNG as fuel can provide power. The application of this clean energy can reduce indoor air pollution, improve the working environment, and also reduce operating costs.
