The general knowledge of cylinders is as follows:
Check the bottle body: Before use, check whether the appearance of the liquefied gas cylinder is in good condition, whether the printing is clear, and check whether the date is within the validity period.
Check the connection of the cylinder to the rubber hose: Check the sealing rubber ring and rubber hose on the pressure reducing valve for age, cracking, or damage. If it is aged or dropped, it should be replaced immediately to avoid air leakage accidents.
It needs to be placed upright, not lying down or upside down: many people place or turn the LPG cylinder upside down before it runs out in order to get the most out of it. This is a very risky behavior that may result in the remaining liquid being ejected as a liquid through the incinerator port of the incineration equipment and incinerated in an open flame.
Do not go near heat sources and open flames / Do not expose to sunlight / Do not heat the cylinder by fire, pouring hot water, etc.: the internal pressure of the cylinder rises rapidly in proportion to the temperature. When the temperature is too high and the pressure inside the cylinder exceeds the specified design pressure, there is a risk of bursting. Even if the cylinder does not break, it can be corroded and damaged.
How to light the liquefied gas: "Light it first, then turn over the gas". Children should not switch the liquefied gas on and off separately. When the stove is in use, people should not leave the stove. Turn off the switch when not in use.
Leakage of liquefied gas cylinders: When liquefied gas cylinders leak, doors and windows should be opened for ventilation. Do not turn electrical equipment on or off to avoid leaking gas blasts and fires.
Do not dispose of or dump the liquid residues in the cylinders: although these liquids are difficult to vaporize, they will be incinerated as soon as an open flame is formed.
