How to use the liquefied natural gas cylinder manufacturing machine
1. Preparation
Equipment inspection: Before using the LNG cylinder making machine, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment is required. Check whether each component is intact, whether the connection is firm, whether the electrical system is normal, whether the hydraulic system has leakage, etc. Make sure the equipment is in good working condition to avoid failure during the production process.
Material preparation: According to the production plan, prepare the required raw materials, including steel, welding materials, sealing materials, etc. Ensure that the quality of the materials meets the requirements and that the specifications and models match the manufacturing machine.
Mold installation: According to the specifications and shape of the gas cylinder, select the appropriate mold and install it on the manufacturing machine. The mold installation must be accurate to ensure the size and shape accuracy of the gas cylinder.
Process parameter setting: According to the material, specifications and production requirements of the gas cylinder, set the process parameters of the manufacturing machine, such as welding current, voltage, welding speed, stamping pressure, rolling speed, etc. The setting of these parameters directly affects the quality and production efficiency of the gas cylinder, and needs to be adjusted and optimized according to the actual situation.
2. Production Operation
Material processing: The prepared steel is cut, stamped, rolled and other processing operations are carried out to form the basic shape of the gas cylinder. During the processing, the processing accuracy and quality must be strictly controlled to ensure that the size and shape of the gas cylinder meet the requirements.
Welding and assembly: Weld and assemble the processed parts to form a complete gas cylinder. During the welding process, appropriate welding technology and welding materials should be used to ensure the quality and strength of the weld. At the same time, attention should be paid to the control of welding sequence and welding deformation to ensure the size accuracy and shape accuracy of the gas cylinder.
Inspection and testing: Inspection and testing of welded and assembled gas cylinders, including non-destructive testing, pressure resistance testing, sealing testing, etc. These inspections and tests are important links to ensure the quality and safety of gas cylinders and need to be carried out in strict accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment is performed on qualified gas cylinders, including rust removal, painting, anti-corrosion, etc. Surface treatment can improve the appearance quality and corrosion resistance of gas cylinders and extend the service life of gas cylinders.
