1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning Equipment
After each use, the dust, oil, welding slag and other debris on the surface of the welding machine should be cleaned in time. You can use a clean soft cloth or compressed air for cleaning, and avoid using wet cloth or corrosive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the surface coating and electrical components of the equipment.
Regularly clean the dust and debris inside the welding machine, especially the cooling system, electrical control system and other parts. You can use a vacuum cleaner or a small brush to clean it to ensure that the inside of the equipment is clean and dry.
Check cables and connectors
Frequently check welding cables and joints for damage, breakage or looseness. If there is a problem, replace or tighten it in time to ensure stable current transmission and avoid malfunctions or safety accidents caused by poor contact.
Check the insulation performance of the cable regularly. If there is any damage or aging, replace the cable in time to prevent leakage accidents.
Check the gas system
For welding machines using shielding gas, the gas pipeline should be regularly checked for leaks, blockages or damage. If there is a problem, the gas pipeline should be repaired or replaced in time.
Check whether the gas flow regulating valve and pressure gauge are working properly to ensure that the flow and pressure of the shielding gas meet the welding process requirements.
Replace the gas filter element regularly to ensure the purity and flow stability of the protective gas.
Check the cooling system
Check the cooling system's water tank, water pump, water pipes and other parts for leaks, blockages or damage. If there are any problems, repair or replace the relevant parts in time.
Check the water level and water quality of the cooling system regularly to ensure that the water level is within the normal range and the water is clean and free of impurities. If necessary, add or replace cooling water in time.
Check whether the cooling fan of the cooling system is working properly to ensure good heat dissipation. If there is any problem, the cooling fan should be repaired or replaced in time.
